1. To support three VET providers from Italy, Poland, and Greece in enhancing institutional capacity, staff development, and expanding their educational offerings.
2. To enhance knowledge and skills in applying resilience competence to foster a supportive and healthy work environment among at least 6 VET staff from three partner institutions.
3. To create three innovative workshop materials focused on applying resilience competence to strengthen workplace resilience and employee support.
4. To increase adult participation in workshops on resilience-based workplace strategies within the local VET communities in Italy, Poland, and Greece.
5. To promote and disseminate the value of resilience competence in fostering a supportive work environment among VET staff, learners, and stakeholders in three partner countries and across the EU.
Transforming VET System Across Europe for Future Challenges
1. Two transnational workshops for at least 6 VET staff on applying resilience competence to create a supportive and healthy work environment.
2. The three workshop materials focused on utilizing resilience competence at workplace.
3. Twelve local workshop on integrating resilience competence into workplace practices.
4. At least 45 participants engaged in local workshops on resilience-based workplace strategies.
5. At least 45 participants attending three stationary dissemination events.
